Servers ran fine first time - no qualms there. I tried to reactivate a server that a friend and i had been using. We paid via PayPal and received the invoice and receipt. Wowwiki However, the servers didn't reactivate. After resolving this issue, we decided on switching servers while we waited for it to be resolved. I noticed that transactions were not showing up on my gportal account. I opened a ticket to rectify the issue. My friend and I made significant progress over the next three days on a separate server. We decided to request a refund rather than resolving the technical problem. I openedly admitted to their service personnel that the technical issue could have fallen on me, but that I still had to pay for the services I didn't use or received. I would like a full refund. I had an unpleasant exchange with a person who was short and seemingly incapable in apprehending or resolving the truth that I only wanted a reimbursement and nothing more. I provided evidence to support this statement. I complimented the service (not customer care) and expressed my intention of using their services in the near future. I also noted that my future use would include a greater capacity as well as a longer use. Despite my expressed interest in continuing and growing my customer relationship with their business, their customer service representative was incredibly rude. Despite providing screenshots of my receipt, PayPal transaction IDs and invoice ID's, I have not received a refund. The problem appears to be a failure on their part to validate payment (their website shows that no transactions occurred despite this being the means by which they paid for the service), along with a complete failure to properly train staff. I provided additional details to explain why the service might not have been completed and my concerns were rudely ignored. All this leads me to conclude that I would not recommend their services to anyone and that I would recommend terminating the service after the first-use.
